Our teas come in two types of packaging. The standard retail pack option comes in kraft paper zip lock pouch and the wholesale pack option comes in aluminium zip lock pouch. All our pouches have oxygen absorber added inside for maximum freshness. Once you open the pack, please discard the oxygen absorber.
We recommend storing the tea in the zip lock pouch itself, away from light, moisture and strong odour. Whenever the pack is opened for use, please flush out the air manually with your hand every time, before closing the zip. This small process will help to retain freshness of the tea.
Our wholesale packs typically contain teas in the range of 350 grams - 1 Kg, depending on the size of the leaf. These packs are ideal for cafes, tea rooms or small businesses who want to introduce premium Indian teas in their catalog, without having to commit to bulk quantities.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery within India can take upto 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery to other countries can take anywhere between 7-15 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timeline may vary depending on location, time taken for custom clearance, etc.
We send your ordered teas as gift parcels, so this should not attract custom/import duties. However, rules differ from country to country. In case any import taxes/custom duties are charged, the amount has to be paid by the customer. These charges are beyond our control and non-refundable.
We offer free shipping for all orders within India. For orders outside of India, the shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout.
Since tea is a perishable item, we do not accept returns on fulfilled orders. In case you have received a wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) with your order number and a picture of your received order. We will investigate and resolve the same. Please note that the tea pouch should be in unopened condition for consideration.
