Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch & Processing Times

We process and pack orders with extreme care. Standard orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from our fulfillment house in Kolkata or Delhi. During seasonal flushes (such as the Darjeeling First Flush in Spring), processing might take up to 72 hours due to high demand.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We partner with India's leading logistics providers (DHL, BlueDart, Delhivery) to guarantee secure and timely delivery.

• Free Shipping: Complimentry standard delivery is provided for all domestic orders above ₹2,000.
• Standard Delivery: For orders below ₹2,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 is applied at checkout. Standard transit times are 3 to 5 business days for metro areas and 5 to 7 days for regional districts.
• Express Delivery: Express air shipping is available for ₹300, delivering within 1 to 2 business days to major metros.

3. International Shipping

Roy's Tea ships worldwide to over 60 countries. International transit fees are calculated dynamically based on package weight and destination country at checkout. Standard international shipping takes 7 to 14 business days, while Express international shipping (DHL Express) takes 3 to 5 business days. Please note that customs duties, local taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Preservation & Packaging

To safeguard the delicate essential oils and sensory profiles of our teas, all leaves are packed immediately after tasting into air-tight, food-safe aluminum canisters (or sealed barrier pouches) before being placed in our shipping boxes. This shields the tea from light, air, and humidity fluctuations during transit.

5. Order Tracking

Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can monitor the progress of your delivery using the link provided, or by logging into your Roy's Tea account dashboard.
